Major Stocktaking this week at the Yard and Workshop

It has now come to a time when the Business needs to have a stocktaking to see what is around the yard and the workshop and see what is needed and what can be got rid of as it is surplus to the business's needs in the coming months and years and remove what is holding back the business in the way of dead stock that as not moved or been used in the past year.

There are a number of tools which have not been used and are unlikely to be used in the near future or every again. These will be sold off to generate cash flow or otherwise invested in equipment that is of use to the business going forward.

So come tomorrow there is going to be a major cleaning out of the yard and the workshop to see what is going to be got rid of.
