Hardy pilot 20 chain locker bulkhead renewal as it is rotten and delaminated from age.

The chain locker before we started to take in out because of the fact it was rotten.

The blacken areas were just muss 

Once we got into the bulkhead it just fell to pieces in our hands.

 

It was the same the whole way across above the shelf from side to side

Once the shelf was removed it was the same all the way down the middle of the bulkhead  until you got to the bottom. 

The bulkhead now removed and now the grinding out can begin to get rid of all the old bonding and get ready to make and fit a new chain locker bulkhead

The only part of the front part was the shelf which was bonded to the bulkhead.The only thing that saved this, was the fact it did not come into contact with the bulkhead.
