Starting the touching up of the varnish and paintwork on the two small projects in the workshop.

Having finished the sanding of the decks of the Enterprise it is now time to start laying up the thinned coats of varnish on the bare wood areas of the decks.

The main areas have been the areas where the cover was in contact with the varnish and broken down the surface of the varnish.

Most of the varnish is in good condition and will just need a few coats of varnish when the areas have been touched up enough to get the layers back to the good condition varnish.

The clinker dinghy has been touched up where the paint was sanded back and was back to bare wood, most of the lands were where the paint was thin and needed touching up.

The transom needed a bit of touching up as well, so it was done at the same time as the Enterprise dinghy.
