Starting to get the deck fittings back on the deck

Teaching the apprentices the correct way to put deck trims and fittings on 

First dry fit all the fittings to ensure the correct position and then having to mask up around fittings before the sealant is put on the trims and fittings to keep the deck clear of any excess sealant

The deck trims and deck fittings all masked up and now fitted with sealant and once they are all done clean off the sealant to leave a clean deck.
