Repairs to where the mainsheet horse was through the deck beam

The area round the main sheet horse fixing hole which is a bit rotten

Cut out the rotten wood and then clean up the area before gluing and screwing a new piece into position

The new piece glued in place and now just needs planing and trimming up and then the doubling piece can be fitted to strengthen up the area as it is a little under spec to take such loading on a small area.

The first deck panels being sealed with epoxy resin to ensure the deck is seal from underneath

The corner of the transom is is good condition now the rotten wood is removed and now can be left to dry out a little and then get sealed with epoxy resin before the whole area is put back together again.
