Removing the forward section of the bunk fronts as these have gone rotten over time and water ingless 

Cutting down the the sides to get back to good plywood and where it is not damp.

Cutting along the bottom edge to cut the fibreglass away so that the area can dry out before fibreglassing in new sections of bunk front and fibreglassing the bunk front in position.

Cutting as close to the hull to cut down on grinding the area and keeping the strength in the hull.

The bunk front has gone rotten where it as been sitting in water that as been in the bottom under the cabin floor.

The bunk front section now out and the cutting and grinding can start to clean up the area and let it dry out before making and glassing in the new sections of bunk fronts.
