Having deciding on where in the yard the boat was going to be while the dismantling was going to take place it was time to get the trailer out of the way.
Because the boat had developed a bit of hogging it was decided to just block at each end and let the boat return to its correct shape before starting to refit the inside
With nothing in the way it will make it easier to work on the bottom of the boat and the keel which is going to modified to take a propeller shaft
Work getting off the trailer was made a lot easier by using the gantry to lift the boat which when you work by yourself is a get help.
