The hull is in a good sanding back and the seams need attention as much of the old putty as come loose and is in need of re-puttying and in places needs recaulking
The froward part of the foredeck beams are in good condition the aft deck beams are in a poor condition and will need replacing
The major part of the work will be to renew the gunwale /beam shelf which is in a poor condition where the chain plate is and the upper part of the sawn frames in the same area
The starboard side is not to too bad it just needs a bit of tidying up and a few small parts replacing
